Christopher Radko 1997 “Regency Santa” extra large blown glass ornament – LIMITED, #1296 of 2500. Santa Portraits Series – second in series. 10″ high x 5″ wide. Unused with original hand-numbered tag, in its original Radko box and sleeve. There is what appears to be a small interior hanger scratch at the neck (see photos). From the attached tag. Childhood memories of Christmas are treasures we carry with us throughout our lives. Anticipation grows as the weeks before Christmas pass. Wild hopes and visions of toys, bicycles, dolls and games are sparked with imagined reindeer hooves on the roof Christmas Eve. Will the night ever pass? Ah, but the next morning – Christmas is here! The stockings are full, the tree is laden with candy and mysterious packages of all sizes. Santa has come again. This fantastic Santa portrait, a second in the series, features a unique hand painting of the jolly old elf himself – Santa Claus. This large exhibition-size ornament, following on the success of the 1996 Esquire Santa, is remarkable in its design and detailing, displaying Santa’s hand-painted face on a vibrantly green drop which is decorated with large sprigs of holly and bright red berries. Is made of mouth-blown glass, lined with silver, and was handcrafted and painted in Poland. It is a special, spectacular ornament, perfect for your holiday decorating! The hand blown, hand painted ornament is painted light green with dark green holly with gold accented holly leaves and red holly berries. The gorgeous Santa is painted in exquisite detail with a dark red Santa hat. The piece is also accented with glitter on the trim of Santa’s hat, beard, berries and background. The piece includes the original hang tag that is marked 109 of 2500. There is one small tool marking near the top of the ornament. There are no chips, cracks, repairs or other imperfections. Radko French Regency Red
This listing is for a Christopher Radko 9 inch French regency wire wrapped ornament. I just learned this week that it is supposed to be a honey cone with bees in it. This one has red bees a green honeycomb with a green trunk and a magenta ball on the bottom it. It also has the Redco medallion. Please see photos for wire details and overall condition of ornament. CHRISTOPHER RADKO FRENCH REGENCY BALLOON CAGED WIRE ORNAMENT, Vintage 1994. Ornaments have never been used, still wrapped in original tissue and store bag. However, even though new, a few dark spots appeared after being unpacked (image 7&8). I simply can’t account for how this occurred, but I’ve reduced accordingly to half their current value. Please do view all images as they are part of the description. Metal cap reads Radko. Catalog reference item 94-393. A really RARE beauty and highly collectible Radko treasure. Size: 7.5″Hx4″W. The 1993 release is 5 and made in Italy. This ornament is the larger version made in Poland. Note: There are two available as shown in image 6. They are both in similar condition.
