1998 Christopher Radko Sterling Regal Reindeer Christmas Ornament Pindant. 1998 Christopher Radko handcrafted second in his VERY limited edition series of dazzling and enchanting sterling silver ornaments, Regal Reindeer is a hand polished work of art of the finest craftsmanship. From the gentle arch of his antlers to the delicate flow of his mane, this makes a classically elegant statement as an ornament or a holiday / seasonal pin. Substantial in weight, yet as elegant as a fine piece of jewelry, Regal Reindeer is certain to become a timeless heirloom to be handed down for generations. This regal fellow is approximately 3 3/4 inches tall and 2 3/8 inches wide. This is in the original velveteen inner box and has the numbered romance card, but does not have original outer box or original pouch. This also has the double sided silver signature tag. There were only 5000 of these produced, and this is number 2068 of that production. Although designed as ornaments, each of these pieces is also complete with a safety clasp pin back so they can also be worn as jewelry. This series started in 1997 with the first edition Winter Spirit, and ended in 1999 with the third and final Christmas Guard. As with all vintage silver, may require proper polishing upon receipt depending on your preferences. Very rare, hard ornament to find! Truly an impressive ornament, it would make a treasured gift for anyone on your list.
