Christopher Radko Magic Carpet Ride Ornament Italian Aladdin Jasmine Xmas 2005. ITEM DESCRIPTION: This Christopher Radko “Magic Carpet Ride” ornament will happily fly its way into any Italian or Radko collection. Disney Alladin theme Italian mouth blown European Christmas tree decoration, 2005, 1011559. Produced in 2005, the mouth blown European glass ornament was retired shortly thereafter and has become one of the most collectible Aladdin Disney theme ornaments. The elaborate mouth-blown Italian Radko ornament captures the magic carpet flying Jasmine and Aladdin to deliver the magic lamp to Jafar and later, after Aladdin assumes the presence of “Prince Ali of Ababwa”, one of the three wishes granted by the genie, flies about tries to romance Jasmine with his new status. Many adventures ensue thereafter! Here Aladdin wears blue pantaloons accented with bluet glittered swirls and a golden glittered waist band that matches his golden vest and golden glass slippers. Jamsine wears a pearl glittered trim fuchsia bodice and red glitter accented golden pantaloons and red glass slippers. She wears a red glittered necklace about her neck. The Arabian Nights couple ride on a red velour carpet trimmed with golden sequins and glitter. Approximately 7 inches tall by 7 1/2 inches deep by 5 1/2 inches wide, a magnificent Radko Italian handblown glass ornament that is veneered as a Disney theme collectible as well. CONDITION OF ITEM: Like new to mint condition ornament with no hangtag. There is some paint missing from where the two Italian blown figurines come into contact with each other, which is to be expected. Stored in a smoke-free environment.
