Ultra Rare Christopher Radko FRUIT IN BALLOON Christmas Ornament 1991 Gold Wire
DESCRIPTION: Christopher Radko’s superb “Fruit in Balloon” Christmas ornament. Measures about 5.5 tall. Dates to 1991, Radko’s sixth year of production and Fruit In Balloon was approximately his 3rd ornament to utilize the old German gold-wire technique. Per “Radko, the First 10 Years” [collector's reference book], Fruit in Balloon was the only gold wire ornament in the 1991 collection. Well signed “Radko” on the cap and guaranteed authentic. The pics tell the rest of the story. CONDITION: Gold wire sags slightly in places due to age but is at least 98% intact overall. Retains at least 98% of its glitter and its painted color. Minimal evidence of age (25 years) and wear but NO damage or problems whatsoever. Please note this is an estate item and I don’t have any type of original retail store packaging for you, I have only the ornament itself as shown.
