Please Read the issue with it. Hard to Find Christopher Radko Disney ornament and rare signed version by him at the park. Please note the side top chimney has a clean break to it. I do not collect these. This would need to be repaired if so desired. 2nd to last picture shows it loosely attached without glue so you can see the fit. Also A small Nick front top to the left all the way to top kind of looks like snow (Blends in fine)but appears to be a small Nick approx. Half the size of a pinhead as shown in pictures 3 and 4 certainly possible this was during the manufacturing of the item. Signed on the front towards bottom Christopher Radko 2004. Note: Only what is in the pictures is included (Ruler is not Included). If it is not in the pictures, I do not have it.
