RARE MUFFY ANGEL VANDERBEAR Christopher Radko Ornament Golden Wings & Halo
Please see full listing description and enlarge the photos. This piece is in excellent condition showing only the most minor of wear. There are a few dark spots that appear to be showing from the inside out, as shown in the close-ups on his back and the side of his nose. There is a small dark mark on the side of the eagle’s face, as shown. I believe it is also from manufacturing. There is one sliver of silver showing through near the bottom of her blue dress. I have found no other notable wear or damage. This really is a great looking piece! While it is not new, it looks amazing and I have no doubt that you will be pleased with it’s appearance and condition. PLEASE NOTE THAT ALL OF MY ORNAMENTS ARE CLOSE TO TWENTY YEARS OLD AND HAVE BEEN LOVINGLY USED. THEY THEREFORE WILL HAVE SLIGHT WEAR. I HAVE TRIED TO ACCURATELY REPRESENT EVERY PIECE. PLEASE ENLARGE EACH PICTURE TO VIEW THE CONDITION CLOSELY. THIS IS PART OF A 100+ PIECE COLLECTION THAT I WILL BE LISTING OVER THE COMING MONTHS. Pompadour” design ornament, serial number 98-087-0 and stands a magnificent 10″ tall. The ornament is designed as a glorious lady of the court, dressed in an overall golden outfit… Her body is shaped as a long golden flowing gown, decorated with applied ribbons and added gold lame fabric on the bust, sleeves, and base. Around her back and arms is a white and golden boa.. The ornament is further decorated with the unmistakeable Radko glitter….. Her expression is smiling and she’s absolutely magnificent, with her pink and blushing cheeks.. The ornament is in perfect condition, with no chips, cracks flakes or damage of any kind. These pieces come to you from my personal collection of Radko ornaments.. I’ve collected these wonderful pieces for decades and have decided to part with some of the theme pieces, focusing on my Santas for now… I have a number of fabulous Halloween ornaments, Italian Ladies and Tree Toppers that will be listed. This ornament was hung from my dining room chandelier for 4 years, and does not retain her original paper tags… She is part of a collection of elegant ladies and they are all now in need of a new home.. If you can use more than one of these ornaments, I’ll be most happy to work with you on a combined price. My ornaments are all either stored in their original boxes, in a temperature controlled room in my smoke free home, or in unbleached cotton wrapping to protect them..
