Christopher Radko Make A Wish Happy Birthday Fine European Glass Ornament NWT
Not sure if original box it reads 2009 on bottom and hanging tag on ornament reads 2007. Box shows wear small tears and black lines/ worn in. Ornament has some paint chipping/wear/slight fading.
