Mica Frosted Sparkly Teardrop “WINTER NEST” Indented diorama, with two little glass red birds in a nest of white cotton. The indented are has green pine trees. The back outer side has white snow covered trees. I only have 3 of these lovely ornaments – will you be one of the lucky collectors that will own one (or two or all three)? Christopher Radko Winter Nest Rare 1995 Ornament Red Bird Diorama Snowy Trees
This is “Winter Nest” , #95 257 0, from Christopher Radko, from 1995 which is the only year this design was produced. This ornament very rarely comes up for sale. It features a pair of red handblown glass birds perched in a cotton nest inside of a blue globe, the globe is painted with green trees and falling snow inside and white snow covered trees around the outside. This very rare ornament is in excellent condition with just one small spot of paint loss on blue globe, no other paint chips or cracks, tag is still attached. Measures 4.5 tall. This ornament with its concave front is stunning on on the Christmas tree as it really glows when surrounded by lights. They come from a longtime collector who kept them in pristine condition.
