VINTAGE 1992 RADKO FLORAL CASCADE TIER DROP CHRISTMAS ORNAMENT SIGNED BY RADKO! This is a hard to fine vintage 1992 Radko Floral Cascade Tier drop Christmas ornament #92-175-0. The ornament is about 10 long and about 3 3/4 across the widest point. The ornament 3 descending in sizes floral balls with a gold ball on the bottom. The top three balls are decorated with green leaves, red flowers around the top and last ball and white with red center flowers on the center ball. The gold cap is marked Radko. This ornament is signed 1993 Chris Radko on the bottom of the third ball as shown in the pictures. This amazing hard to find 1992 Floral Cascade Tier Drop signed Christmas ornament appears to be in good used vintage condition and is offered as is. Christopher Radko Vintage Prototype Star Cascade #02-0148-1. 2002 RARE
RARE Christopher Radko Vintage Prototype: Star Cascade. This striking prototype ornament is comprised of a ball with an onion-shaped drop at the bottom. A similar shape was included in Christopher Radko’s 1986 introductory collection as “Circus Sphere”, #86-050-0. It was offered in multiple color combinations and with a similar design. It was reintroduced two years later in 1988 as “Oz Balloon”, #88-072-0, in multiple color combinations and with the current design. It was again released in 2002 as “Star Cascade” in three color combinations. This rare prototype has the same design of star shapes, latticework and stripes, but in a unique color combination of gold, green and red lacquers with white glitter. It combines a classic early Radko form and design with fresh, vibrant colors. The ornament was mouth-blown and hand-decorated in Poland in 2002. Minor wear due to age. In very good condition. Christopher Radko Fantasia Set Of Two Ornaments, Star Cascade Recoloration
RARE Christopher Radko Fantasia Set Of Two Ornaments – Star Cascade – Recoloration – #9-10-01. Stunningly beautiful set of two vintage-style drop ornaments with classic Radko decoration, one green and the other red. These drop ornaments have a distinguished lineage. Like the shape itself, the decoration can be traced back to the first decade of Radko production. Circus Star Balloon, #88-072-1, was an early Radko drop ornament introduced in 1988 and shown in Christopher Radko The First Decade. It was reinterpreted as a slightly larger drop ornament with a different coloration in 1994, still with the name Circus Star Balloon, #94-201, and was also featured on the cover of the 1994 catalog. It was once again reinterpreted in 2002 and included as a boxed set of three color variations in Christopher Radko’s Fantasia Collection as Star Cascade, #02-0148-0. The current set of two recolorations in traditional holiday-themed red and green were never put into full production and for that reason are extremely rare. The decoration is as striking now as when the design was first introduced in 1988, but has been updated with two new colorations. The overall effect is elegant, exuberant and classic Radko. The shape of these ornaments is complex and vintage, and as they’re free-blown, required the skill of an extremely talented glassblower. Only the very best lacquers were employed by skilled artisans at a workshop in Poland who then applied fine glitter to highlight elements of the design. Each ornament is 6 tall. They’re new, have never been displayed, come with product development tags and in Radko collector boxes. Christopher Radko Fantasia Ornament s Name: Star Cascade. These ornaments I believe are from 2002. Each ornament measures 6 tall and approx. Set of 3 in box. These ornaments have been displayed. There are minor paint rubs etc. The are not in pristine condition, but I would consider them to be in very good condition. We live in a non-smoking home.
