WHEN YOU TURN THE BUBBLE LIGHTS ON, THEY HAVE TO HEAT UP BEFORE THEY START BUBBLING. AFTER THEY HEAT UP, SOME OF THE PUMPKIN LIGHTS YOU HAVE TO UNSCREW AND SHAKE AND PUT THEM BACK ON THE BASE. THE DIRECTIONS THAT COME WITH IT STATE THIS PROCEDURE. THE MIDDLE PUMPKIN LIGHT DOES NOT BUBBLE AS VIGOUROUSLY AS THE OTHER 8 LIGHTS. I HAVE INCLUDED TWO EXTRA PUMPKIN LIGHTS WITH THIS SET. BOTH OF THEM DO NOT BUBBLE. AS VIGOUROUSLY AS THE OTHER 8 BULBS. YOU CAN USE THESE TWO EXTRA PUMPKIN LIGHTS TO REPLACE TWO BULBS IN THE SET IF THEY EVER GO OUT. IN OTHER WORDS THE PUMPKIN LIGHT COMES APART AND YOU CAN REPLACE THE BULBS ON ONE OF THE PUMPKINS ON THE BASE IF NEEDED. NEVER USED OR DISPLAYED!!!
